Encrypted connection, certificate and redirect to https, protection against unencrypted requests, insecure content, security headers and outdated software.

Whether the page adapts to phones, how quickly it starts loading, whether it is transferred compressed, how large images and page code are and whether scripts hold up rendering.

Title and description (measured in pixels, as Google does), main heading, indexing, canonical, address with and without www, error page, broken links, sitemap, structured data, the preview when shared and the site icon.

Legal notice and privacy policy including their key details, fonts from Google servers and tracking without a visible consent banner.

What does the website check cost?
Nothing. You need neither an account nor an email address – you see the result right away.
What exactly is checked?
The page at the address you enter – usually the home page – together with its legal notice, privacy policy, up to ten linked subpages (only whether they work), up to six images (only their size), robots.txt and the sitemap. We also open the address with and without www and without https, plus a page that doesn’t exist – to see how the site handles errors. We only read what anyone can see: we never submit forms, and protected areas are left out.
How often can I check?
Up to three websites within 24 hours – so the check stays fast for everyone. Typos and addresses that don’t exist don’t count. Need more? Write to us and we’ll gladly look at more sites in person.
Do you store my data?
We don’t store the address or the result. To prevent misuse, we only keep a shortened identifier derived from your IP address, for 30 days at most. More in the privacy policy.
How accurate is the result?
The check tests 36 technical points automatically and gives a good first overview. We measure the response time from our server – for you it may differ slightly. A personal look sees more: copy, images and how well the site sells.
