Why do you require a 24-month minimum term?
The first months go into setup: finding topics, defining visual style, embedding workflows. Visible results need time to unfold. Anyone who stops after just a few months pays exactly for the setup and exits before the payoff. 24 months gives the process the time it needs — every single month is still newly planned and evaluated.
What's included in the monthly package price?
For Website and Webshop, domain, hosting, SSL certificate and ongoing technical maintenance are already included, no hidden extra costs. For Social Media Management, Content Creation, Photography and Videography, planning, production and ongoing support are part of every package. All prices are plus VAT.
Can I combine several services?
Yes. Website, Webshop, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Photography and Videography can be freely combined and run as one shared monthly package with a dedicated point of contact.
What happens after the 24 months end?
The contract automatically renews for a further 12 months at a time, unless terminated in writing during the current term, at the latest 1 month before its expiry. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.
How does the initial conversation work?
Short and with no obligation: we discuss where your customers come from today, what people should think about you, and how much time you realistically have for the collaboration. Only then do we talk about suitable services and packages.
